THIS IS A CARCASSONNE BOARD GAME EXPANSION: You will need Carcassonne Base Game in order to play with this expansion.
STRATEGY GAME - PLAN YOUR WAY TO VICTORY: Develop the landscape of a medieval fortress city one tile at a time. Whether blocking a city's growth or connecting with your opponent’s road to share the points, Carcassonne provides plenty of ways to use your cunning and outsmart your opponents.
TOWERING ABOVE THE COUNTRYSIDE: The focus is on building up, not out. Gain new actions as your towers grow taller or deny your opponents these actions by placing a follower on top of a tower to finish it. If your tower grows tall enough, disrupt other players’ plans by capturing their followers and holding them for ransom!
NEW ELEMENTS IN THIS EXPANSION: This expansion adds eighteen Land tiles, plus thirty tower floors that you can use to construct towers to spot your opponents’ followers. It also introduces the prisoner exchange process, letting players capture other player's followers. The Tile Tower accessory organizes your tiles from the base game and expansions, making everything easy to access as you play.
