Returns and Refund Policy

At Outdoor Fun Gears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some items, such as custom or personalized items, are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at anna@outdoorfungears.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return requirements, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
